San Antonio, January 3, 2013 – In its inaugural 2012-2013 season, the Chamber Orchestra of San Antonio (COSA) announces the creation of a $100,000 Endowment Fund. The Tobin Endowment offered a challenge grant of $50,000 that expired December 31, 2012.
